Join our corporate team for a hands-on internship supporting the President and Vice President of Georgica Property Management. Beginning immediately, this opportunity is ideal for students or recent graduates with an interest in real estate, multifamily housing, or asset management—this internship provides a comprehensive learning experience in a mission-driven environment.
This unique opportunity offers direct exposure to the strategic and operational functions of property management at the executive level, managing a diverse portfolio of affordable multifamily housing communities. Interns will assist with administrative tasks, compliance oversight, operational planning, and facilities coordination—gaining insight into the full scope of managing a large scale real estate portfolio.
Flexible hours available – full-time or part-time.
GGV places an emphasis on hiring minority, women, veteran and Section 3 businesses and residents on all projects. Our team also ensures local hiring and economic development by hosting job fairs and network with subcontractors of all fields.
